Problems with switching users

Hi Everyone.

I just Installed vista ultimate with SP1, and I've noticed a strange behavior. When I enter the first time to an account it works fine, but if I switch to another account, or even log off the first one and enter another, it doesn't go up as it should. The computer starts to work the CPU for no apparent reason, the welcome screen is empty of options, and when I enter My Computer, it too shows up empty. There are some more problems like that, does anyone has any idea why that's happening or how to solve it?
