It is so blue...HELP! IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I get the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen at random times, mostly if I run a game e.g. oblivion, black and white 2. Sometimes just while working in windows. After it happens and I restart my PC sometimes just as I login it happens again.I have updated all drivers.I checked my temperatures it it seems fine CPU 51°C (126°F) GPU70°C (158°F) running a game and
CPU 46°C (114°F) 50°C (122°F) on idle, What should my temperatures of my CPU and GPU be? More impotently how do I get rid of this error?

please follow the instructions on this page ( How to identify a buggy device driver on Windows Vista | vistarewired.com ) to run the Driver Verifier Manager and post the drivers it lists ( if any ),
