BTTray.exe error

So I just got my HP desktop and plugged it in and I get an error saying "btballoon.dll" couldnt be found. this happened before i hooked it up to the internet so i no it isnt anything bad, but i cannot figure out how to fix it. this error comes up everytime i turn the computer on. i am running vista ultimate 64. i tried going to hp's site to look for the bluetooth drivers/software but i cannot find it!
