Language Pack Uninstall Failure

I have been trying to remove the language packs from both of my Vista Ultimate boxes. I have gone through the control panel and attempted a remove but, it fails to remove all of the languages. I have gone into the windows folder and the system32 folder and removed the languages here and Vista still thinks I have the languages installed. Are there more files located somewhere else that I need to delete? Any help would be great. Thank you

have a look at this from Microsoft.... A hotfix is available to reinstall a corrupted language pack and to resolve the problems that are caused by a corrupted language pack on a Windows Vista-based computer

It may sort your problem out,

If you are still having trouble removing the language packs, try disabling UAC, disable system restore, stop the windows update service, delete the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder, reboot, and then do this:

Then run lpksetup and remove each language pack one at a time. It worked for me!
