How do I turn off this annoying pop up message telling me that my User control is not being used. I have user control turned off but keep getting this annoying pop up message. How can I turn this off?
I see that you have already disabled UAC and that you are getting popups telling you that its is off. That must me your security center warning you. You may have to disable security center from the the control panel and / maybe additionally change security centre startup status to manual or disabled.
