How do I turn off this annoying pop up message telling me that my User control is not being used. I have user control turned off but keep getting this annoying pop up message. How can I turn this off?

Hi John,

sorry for not getting back to you earlier. Your post seems to have got buried.

Download Tweak-UAC from Disable Annoying Vista UAC popups with TweakUAC (free!) and it will let you set an option so as not to get the popup any more,

hope this helps,

regards

Steve

I see that you have already disabled UAC and that you are getting popups telling you that its is off. That must me your security center warning you. You may have to disable security center from the the control panel and / maybe additionally change security centre startup status to manual or disabled.
