Ok, next thing to try is the Cumulative Update for WMP11 for Vista.... see Cumulative update for Windows Media Player 11 in Windows Vista for more info,

Yes, youtube should be ok.

The site you want to use streams video via Windows Media Player. Youtube uses, as you have said, Adobe Flash player.

i dont know if this site use flsh player or not. i think the problem is somewhere in WMP11, because there is windows media center also. i have download a video from other site.
now, i play a video in windows with wmp11, it work but not on full screen.
