Scanner and Camera Wizard for Vista?

Is it possible to somehow get Scanner and Camera Wizard fro XP to work on Vista?

There are a lot of complaints on this and some other forums/sites about how good Scanner and Camera Wizard was and how bad the Window Import program is.

I hate to have to use my old computer when I have a new one in front of me.

I like the Vista graphics, no doubt. But why get rid of a PROVEN photo program?
