Vistaheads Tip#28 - How to change your Computer Name in Windows Vista
Change your computer name to something more meaningful by following these steps.
1. Click on Start and open Control Panel
2. Select System and Maintenance and then System.
3. Click on Advanced System Settings on the left menu.
4. Click on System Properties.
5. Click on the "Change" button and change the Computer Name.
