I turned on my laptop, tried to log on, message said the user name or password is incorrect. I have not changed anything...cannot do anything in Safe Mode because the same thing happens so I can't get past the login screen. In the Fix Computer screen it says the account has been disabled see your administrator...I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR...?? There was only the one account and I did not know until today that it was a good thing to have a password backup disc, so of course I don't have one!!! It has Vista installed and I have the operating disc and the drivers and utilities disc...but cant reinstall them?? Anybody know what can be done to fix it.
