iexplore.exe-bad image problems

Hey im a newbie to all this,
can anyone help please? Everytime i want to start a program ie:windows explorer a pop up box keeps coming up with this message:
iexplore.exe - Bad Image
C;\PROGRA~1\Google\GOOGLE~3\GOEC62~1.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.
Please how can i remove this or sort the problem
