Can't delete a file

By an error I permited that the application Utra Antivirus2009 entry in my laptop (Windows Vista Home Premiun). Path is c:\ProgramData\d9948b0\UA2009.exe. I need to remove it but when I try to do it appear the message "need permission" and it can't be removed. Anybody can help me to remove this fastidious application? Thanks.

There is a small utility called "Unlocker" which should solve your problem. Another possible way is to remove the system in Windows Defender that creates this problem. I did this with "Vista Manager" and it made my life a lot simpler. It stops all those annoying pop-ups that demand admin approval. Also you no longer need to run applications in "as admin" to be able to use them easily.

right click on the file and select properties>security>advance>owner>change to your user click apply then go back to right click properties>security and change to full access to your user then retry
