I recently saw this girl's computer with Windows Vista having icons on the desktop (overlaying the desktop background) something similar to the Mac OS where they have those shortcuts/icons on the buttom of trhe screen and you rollover them and they get bigger, and then you click on them to open application..what is it called?
How is the girl having this? I dont see any feature of this in Vista.
