Administrative Rights
My Parents bought me a new Dell Laptop with Vista Home Premium. I added myself as an administrator and set my brother as Standard user. Now somehow he changed me to standard user and made himself administrator. He has put parental lock, time limits etc. How can I get full access back and block him from ever doing this again? Please HELP
