Downgrading from windows vista to XP

Looking to downgrade my Toshiba satellite laptop P205-S8810 from windows vista to XP....but I can not find hard drive to load XP...I have a USB floppy drive...but need to know what to download to be able to install windows XP and get it up and running...Thanks for your help!!
