I know there is a feature to resize pictures if you use outlook express. I have had such bad luck ( constantly getting logged off ) with outlook I switched to yahoo.
What is the correct procedure to size a picture from the album so it can be down loaded to another forum site ? Your help is greatly appreciated. thanks jr
