1. Click Start.
2. Click Control Panel.
3. In the Search Box enter performance.
4. From the results select Performance Information and Tools.
5. Select Advanced Tools.
6. Click on Open Reliability and Performance Monitor.
7. Expand Monitoring Tools.
8. Click on Reliability Monitor.
9. In the top right hand of the window will be your System Stability Index.
