If you cannot see the menu bar when you are in Windows Explorer just hold down the Alt button on the keyboard. It's the key beside the big long one at the bottom of the keyboard.

Also, if you want the menu bar there permanently, open any folder within your computer, like Computer or Documents

On the bar at the top, click organise, then Folder and Search Options

Click the View Tab.

Check the box that says "Always show menus"

Click OK


Note: Do the same thing in reverse to turn menus back off
