This was happening quite a bit a few months ago.
I installed more Ram, and ran a pc cleaner, which helped, wasn't getting any for a while. Now I get them now and then.
Any ideas on what this is ? I think it has to do with system usage etc. someone said maybe virtual memory.....
Any tweaks I can do ?

Hi,
I have been having the same problem with hang-ups , freezes and the spinning circle going on and on. I also used Ccleaner twice in the last week.
I also ran a check disc scan. So far I cannot find a solution.
. I have Vista Home Premium with 2.00GB of Ram. I can't add anymore ram to the computer. I do all of my updates and I use Secunia PSI to hlep keep programs up to date. I have been looking all over the net for help with this, but so far no luck. I am just going to keep checking. I just wanted you to know your are not the only one trying to figure this problem out. This is a great site . Someone might post something about this issue. I will keep checking here.
So far I have been able to fix most of the issues I have had with computers.
But there are always one that comes up to drive you up the wall. This is one of those. You just have to keep trying. If I run across something I will post it.
Good luck
