Two icons "Blocked startup programs" and "Safely Remove Hardware"
Hi,
This is a very difficult problem for me:
I got two icons "Blocked startup programs" and "Safely Remove Hardware" appear in the notification area of the Vista that I installed from a CD comes with my computer.
When I tried to right click the icon "Blocked startup programs" and then click
"Show or remove blocked startup programs" an error message appears:
"Windows Defender"
"Application failed to initialize: 0x80070006. The handles is invalid."
I got to remove the icon "Blocked startup programs" every time I open my Vista, otherwise it will pop up a window
"Windows has blocked some startup programs" again and again.
I also got to remove another icon "Safely Remove Hardware" every time I open my Vista.
Can you help?
