Missing files and folders

I recenlty discovered that most of my files and folders disappeared from my desktop, documents folder, music folder, and pictures folder. All of the folder properties are set to show all files. When I type the filename in the search box, it shows the files but when I try to open them, it states that the files are not in that location. I ran malaware bytes and no problems were identified. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Search your files with advance search options, if it shows then you can access them as u said that the location is changed or you need a file recovery software for it.
