Have a Dell 1520 laptop SP2 Home Premium,5 years old.Have been removing that which "I thought" wasn't needed,(to speed up the PC),and now can't "save" on snipping tool.Plus when I send a picture to Facebook on AOL,I get the message :Mail Sent,but it doesn't arrive on my FB page.Have tried System Restore (after emptying Recycle Bin).Even if I could reverse emptying process,I don't know what I'm looking for to repair snipping tool,and not absolutely sure it was in the "last" emptying, anyway as this trouble started 4/5 March 2012.
