resolveing message 'windows explorer...not responding problem

I am getting messages 'windows explorer.not reponding' and then another message that 'is sending problem to Microsoft' but I never receive any information to fix this problem.

Only respond if you had this same problem and fixed it.........I am no good in trial and error fixes.
