File is making Explorer crash

[Penultimate Pi]

There is a certain file in my F: drive that is causing me trouble. It is an application of 1.08 GB in size, but it will never open. I don't want that file there, so I want to delete it.

This is the hard part: I can't delete it.

If I right-click on the file, Windows Explorer crashes. If I try to use the Delete key, Windows Explorer crashes.

If I try to move the file to the Recycle bin (or anywhere else beyond it's containing folder), Windows Explorer crashes.
