The Group Policy Client Service failed the logon. Access is denied.

I have 3 User Accounts under Vista Home Premium. Only one comes up with message: "The Group Policy Client Service failed the logon. Access is denied." The two others work fine: one is Admin, the other is not. I have recovered everything she needs but her emails sent/received. How do I correct the problem and/or recover her emails sent/received?

I can't use System Restore because it doesn't go back far enough. The oldest didn't correct the problem.
