Mail not being received by COX.NET

This is my first post: I have two contacts in my address book that use COX.NET as their ISP. If I send them mail through Windows Mail they do not receive it and I get no rejection messages from their ISP. If I send an email through webmail.cfl.rr.com or through my Yaoo account they will receive it.This all started after I installed a new hard drive. I have rentered all the data for my email account several times and still the same. I even dowloaded Windows Live Mail and the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated...Hal
