Updates won't configure Step 3of 3

system updated windows on Saturday night now I cannnot get to the log in page. The update screen says configuring update step 3 of 3 and the computer keeps shutting down. I have tried to reboot in safe mode, restore system, repair computer and nothing works. How can I get in?
