Inability to install antivirus & inability to install Windows update

I have Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 64 bit system, but have multiple problems. I am unable to install Wndows Update. I am unable to install antivirus & get error no. 1935 while installing AVG or Antivir. While installing Avast I, can install but can't execute with error message side by side configuration. Please help
