Remapping a Keyboard Command

I had some work done on my comuter a while back, and the person upgraded my Outlook. They're long gone, but when I got it back, the ALT C command didn't work anymore.
(That's the command in Outlook that allows you to change the spelling of a word to the suggested correction during spell check.)
How do I map that back into Outlook?
