I have an HP G60 laptop with an AMD processor and Nvidia graphics. Running Vista Home Premium SP2. Norton 360 vr. 5.1.0.29. Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 sp1. Would appreciate help with fixing the following problems. There are no viruses on the system. I've seen a similar problem in the past, but can't remember how I got the updates to install. They look like they are installing OK, but then the "failed" notification shows up.
