Backup and Restore.

I'm looking for a free downloadable program that can Backup and Restore individual files and programs in my Vista Home Premium laptop.I would also like to use it to backup to MS Virtual Server 2005 with VHDMount and using MS Virtual PC 2007 program. Any help in this would be appreciated thanks.
