Backup and Restore.

I'm looking for a free downloadable program that will Backup and Restore programs and individual files on Vista Home Premium laptop. I would also like it to be compatable with using it with MS Virtual Server 2005 with the VHDMount and MS Virtual PC 2007 any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks very much.
