Windows Media Player Memory Spike
I have owned this computer for about 3 years now and I use Windows Media Player for playing all my music. I've never had a problem until last week where as soon as I open Windows Media Player the memory usage spikes all the way to 1,000,000+ KB and I have no idea what might be causing this, it just started out of the blue and I haven't been to any websites that I normally don't go to.
I have scanned my computer with AVG free and Spybot and they both found nothing.
Another thing is when I play a song in the "Now Playing" tab Windows Media Player will operate just under 20,000 KB, but as soon as I switch it to the "Library" tab, the memory spikes to 1,000,000+ KB. As you can imagine this causes my computer to either run extremely slow, it has even caused my computer to crash twice.
Any advice as to what I should do?
