Unable to change Desktop background
I have an ongoing problem with being unable to change my laptop's desktop background. When ever I try to change it from the Personalize selection on the desktop nothing happens. The Solid Colors work but none of the default pictures do. When right clicking a photo to set as the background, an Access denied or Internal error message appears with no additional information. I have run scans with McAfee but nothing appears wrong. Any suggestions would be a big help.
