Windows Photo Gallery

Hi, Am having problems with my screen saver choice. I would like to have my Windows Photo Gallery as my screen saver. But, I have not used Windows Gallery to store my pictures. Have used Adobe Photoshop. I have the pictures on a memory stick. How do I get these pictures into Windows Gallery??
