Windows Explorer has stopped working...
and was shut down.--This message pops up whenever I click on "System" and
sometimes when I click on "Device Manager."
...I use Malwarebytes Antimalware and Microsoft Security Essentials to scan my system for malware and viruses; these programs report my OS is clean.
--Have also used the command prompt: sfc/scannow and conducted a chkdisk on my PC. Both reported no problems.
So what could be the problem?!?
Would appreciate any advice.
