pgograms loading too slow

When I open any program, it takes almost 2 minuted to load the program. I have cleaned all junks and checked the registry using cclean and scaned the system with malwarebyte. I have nothing running at startup. What other choice do I have. My system is operating on vista home premium 32 bit with 4 gb RAM. It is AMD athlon 5000+ processor.
Can some one help me please?
