Icon View problem

Hello,

I have Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit and I have a trouble with explore and icon view.

When I select view-icons no images show at all just says "jpg name.jpg" I have tried defaulting the settings and it still has same issue. I have also tried setting default program and file types .jpg & .jpeg to Adobe PS3 and tried setting .jpg and.jpeg to ACDsee and still cant get images to show.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix vista to show images in Icon view? Please

Hello,

Well I got the answer after much searching, must have been having a brain fart.

I went to control panel, switched to classic view and selected folder options and then selected view tab. From there I found the option "always show icon, never thumbnails" and unchecked it.

So now all the pictures show up.
