Vista Home Premium

Hello Forum... From day one with my comp it has never did a update..All have failed.. I have tried everything..Reg cleaners,downloaded System update readiness tool today and even that had an error and file couldnt be found.System Restore didn't help ither..So I did an undo on Restore. Any help would be great... Thank you.....
