Volume Shadow Copy

I am attempting to increase the size of my recovery disk,
I cannot find the 'System volume information' folder or the
'Volume shadow copy' to enable me to set it automatic.

My computer is a Vista home premium 32 including service pack 2

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
