This item is suspicious and has been blocked it.

Anyone know what program or why or what setting causes this below?

I'm running Vista Home Premium 64bit.

I notice if I have my Windows folder view set to have a 'preview' I see my .html files show this message:

"This item is suspicious and has been blocked it. Images and links have been blocked for your safety. If you think this mail item is not fraudulent, open it."

And I am unable to overwrite the html file(s) getting a Read-Only error.

But if I turn off the preview pane, I don't get the warning and can write/save over my html files.
