Vista SP1 and SP2 not installed by automatic update
Hi.

I have Vista home premium.

I was trying to install an MS product that required SP2.

I have automatic updates enabled, always have.

but my OS version is 6.0 build 6000. (used winver to determine)

so it appears that sp1 and sp2 were never installed, although I see in the automatic update install log that I have been getting updates on a regular basis.

I also don't see any failures in the log.

how do I find out why SP1/2 didn't install?
