Unable to view Internet
Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum and am in desperate need of you assistance. I will try to make my story short.
Up until a week ago I have never had a real problem with Vista. My internet was working fine.
After an auto update one morning I was unable to view the web page. I had run into this problem once before so I did a restore back to the previous day and everything was fine. When my computer restarted the next day same problem, same solution. I had to do this several times even after turning off the auto updates. I figured I needed to install the Service Pack to have a final solution. After installing the service pack I had the same problem.....And the real problem!.... After the update I can not restore past the service pack install date! Comcast my internet provider came out and said I am connected to the Internet I can just not view the page. They could not figure out how to resole the issue and said I should save all my files and reinstall VISTA. CAN ANYONE HELP ME with a Solution?? PLEASE!!!
