Cannot Boot Computer due to Update

My computer continuously will restart due to an update, I cannot get into my computer to stop this issue. Does anyone have a answer as to how I can get into my computer without it restarting. This update is screwing up my computer. I have a lot of photos etc that I would like to save before reinstalling, Please Help me
