Re: My computer no longer "sees" E drive
Hello,
I just have a couple questions for you about your issue.
First is your CD/DVD drive the E: drive you speak of?
When did this issue start?
Had you moved your computer or installed and new software at the time?
Have you opened device manager in the control panel and does the drive show up in there without errors listed?
Did you go into your bios and change any settings?
Did you have any power surges or power outages while the computer was running?
edit: Oops I forgot one question is your computer a laptop or desktop?
Once you answer the above questions it will be easyier to help you.
Just remember everthing has a life span and circuits and components do degrade.
I will try to help the best I can, I am no expect but I do know a fair bit.
Talk later
Gren
