Desktop problem
Hello,
This is my first post on this forum. Hello to everyone ! I have Vista Home Premium. I have just recently done a fresh install. My problem is that when clicking on an icon on the desktop, I get a message cannot find, say Internet Explorer. After restarting, evrything works good for a while. Seems as if the problem started after installing SP-2. Also get a lot of " IE stopped working".I have used the last known good configuration. Ran Malware programs, Done a defrag,and I use Iobit, Advanced System care for cleaning and whatnot.
I am not sure where to go from here.

Any ideas out there !
