Grub overwritten my MBR.

I installed Linux onto a flash drive and every thing works ok except that I have installed the Grub loader on to the MBR.

So now grub loads in and I have to select Vista.

Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

If I don't have the flash drive in I get a grub load error.

How can I fix the MBR, I do not have an installation DVD and teh F8 option doesn't work.

Any help much appreciated.

Cancel that I down loaded Vista Recovery Disc from here.
