Missing Live Messenger File
Hi All,I am hoping somebody can help me.I am 62 and not computer literate.Somehow or an other I found I have a missing file on Live Messenger.I'm on home premium(cable)I've googled it and it is telling me to uninstall and then reinstall.
Problem is this (for me anyway)I need to know various things before I go ahead.
Can I use the same hotmail address
What do I do about my folders and contact list.
Somebody has told me to create a folder in my documents and copy/paste all my info into that but I've tried right click and no 'copy' comes up .
If I can use the same hotmail address will all of this info go into the new install.
I am slowly going bald over this so hope some help is available.
