I'd guess you're stuck
If it's the only account on the PC, you'll need a boot disk to erase the password. I believe UBCD has a copy of NT Password and & Registry editor included with it.
This is another good reason not to use the administrator account for daily use.
If you do have an administrator account that you can access. run control userpasswords2 to edit the user account passwords. (type it into the search bar in the start menu)
