SSToolbox Lite Arcviiew 3.2 and Windows Vista Home Premium
I am trying to run SSToolbox 4.0 which uses ArcView GIS 3.2 for Windows. I am unable to create a new client, get the message NEWCLI~1 has stopped working and once I get out of that loop I get a message that ArcView GIS 3.2 for Windows requires a missing windows component. When I check for solutions on line I get the message that "Your version of Microsoft Deprecated DLL Components isn't compatible with this version of Windows." Anyone have this problem with ArcView or SSToolbox?
