Outlook 2007

Ok, I know this sounds really stupid but one of my friends tried to sent an e-mail with an enclosure of 78 mb.

Now this e-mail is blocking all the in- and outcoming mail traffic and could not be send. I can not delete since it is still in outbox and it is not movig to sent items.

i tried thinks like deleting etc.. but i could not get it removed from the outbox...

does anyone can help me with this?
